To catch these hidden issues, our technicians follow a rigorous preventive maintenance schedule for air-cooled Generac generators, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

• Fuel System: We inspect the fuel lines, connections, and flexible fuel line for wear and leaks.
• Battery and Cables: We clean corrosion, tighten terminals, and check the charge state. We also inspect the electrolyte level and replace electrolyte as needed.
• Enclosure and Engine: We check the oil level, clean the louvers, wax the enclosure, check for vibration, noise, leakage, and temperature, and apply corrosion-inhibiting spray to engine parts.
• Connection Box: We tighten terminals, check for proper operation, and verify the control wiring connection.

• Start and Auto-Renewal: Coverage begins immediately upon payment. To ensure your generator stays protected year-round, the agreement automatically renews for one-year terms unless you cancel in writing at least 30 days before the current term ends.
• Included Services vs. Extra Costs: Your plan covers all routine maintenance listed in your agreement. Any required replacement parts, additional non-routine repairs, and labor not covered by the manufacturer's warranty are billed separately at standard service rates.
