I had an issue with my generator transfer control box after TECO had a planned outage. Unfortunately, the power outage caused a power surge that required a couple of parts to be replaced by Clancy. Clancy responded quickly to my service call, got parts ordered and replaced within 3 days. Clancy took the time to show me exactly what happened and that the repair was covered under my service/warranty contracts. I am extremely appreciative of the quick service and the professionalism of this group. I would strongly suggest anyone looking to install a whole house generator give Clancy Electric the opportunity to service your needs.

We hired Clancy Electric to install a whole house backup generator for our home and we couldn’t be happier. The Generac propane system he installed will power our entire home in the event of an outage. The installation included burying a large propane tank in our yard, which required removing several yards of sod and soil. After placing the tank, his team replaced the soil and sod, and left no trace. The installation was completed in a timely manner, and the price was fair.

There are a lot of good things to say about Clancy Electric. They come when they say they will. Their quotes are fair and honest—not the cheapest, but fair. And they take pride in their work. Biggest thing is that they generally respond very quickly to requests for service. In our case, they came out the day before the hurricane to repair our generator. Not like some competitors who said, 'we can schedule you for next month...' The only negative is in regard to new Generac's with the WiFi connections. He doesn't seem eager to set this up for people—even after they buy the new Gen set from him. But despite that, we would use him again.
